Baking & Pastry (D)
The Diploma program benefits students who may already have a degree in another field or students who would like to increase their basic Baking and Pastry knowledge. Graduates of the certificate program are prepared for entry-level positions in commercial bakeries and pastry shops as bakers, baker's assistants, pastry cooks, and pastry assistants.
