Professional Cooking (D)

The certificate program benefits students who may already have a degree in another field or students who would like to increase their basic culinary knowledge. Graduates of the certificate program are prepared for entry-level positions in kitchens as prep cooks, line cooks, expeditors or pastry assistants.
